Honduras Millionaires Shortbread - Buttery shortbread, with strong caramel notes, also notes of syrup & chocolate

Sumatra Chocolate Mandheling - A classic sumatran mandheling coffee. dark chocolate, along with the deep and rich complexity you would expect in a sumatra manhandling, and a thick, creamy body

Ethiopia Melon & Toffee - A smooth bodied coffee with notes of melon and toffee, and subtle spicy notes.

Fruitcake Blend - Nutty, spicy & fruity, reminiscent of christmas cake, easy to dial in for espresso

Ethical Origins


MILLIONAIRES SHORTBREAD HONDURAS
Produced by cocafelol, a co-operative of around three hundred smallholder producers within the Ocotepeque department in the west of Honduras.

DARK CHOCOLATE SUMATRA MANDHELING
A charactariscally punchy Sumatra Mandheling produced by the Permata Gayo cooperativein the Gayo Highlands region of central Aceh in Sumatra, consisting of around two thousand smallholders.

FRUITCAKE BLEND: SUMATRA, HONDURAS & ETHIOPIA + INDIA
A blend of three Arabicas + Indian cherry Robusta to amplify the intensity.

FRUIT & NUT BLEND: FAZENDA MIO & TARRAZÚ CO-OP
Fazenda Mio is a family-owned farm covering almost 1600 hectares between Southern Minas Gerais and the Mogiana highlands.

Initial review of ethical organic collection

I have waited 2 weeks after the order arrived and only tried fruitcake yesterday, it was worth waiting for ! Sometimes we have too many choices but I like this first one, I have 3 more to try on a new machine at the same time its a a Sage Barista Touch with manual tamp so at present its 10/10
