I place my OX Stomp after my preamps and amp sim pedals for playing with headphones or recording direct through an audio interface.
Quilter Aviator Cub (Tweed/Blonde/Blackface Fender) from effects send (line out has it's own cab sim which can't be disabled, and sounds odd combined with the OX speaker cab sims)
Quilter Superblock UK (Vox/Marshall) effects send, or through XLR out, setting it to FRFR mode.
These are solid state amps that sound great in the room, compared to any other solid state amps I've used, but the OX Stomp really adds the magic to their direct signals.
I've also had great success with Joyo American Sound and Joyo AC Tone amp sim pedals, and their cab sims don't seem to cause the same weirdness as that of the Quilters. Combine the crazy ranges of tones in these amps and pedals with the amazing sounding rigs in the OX Stomp and there's a lot of tonal directions to go. I even sold my Line 6 HX Stomp because I found myself playing this way more often.
Oh and I had some app connection issues with the Del-Verb, but not the OX Stomp. I'm using an older iPad Pro. Once I got the 6 rigs set up how I want to compliment my different guitars and preamps (some bright and clear, some fatter, warmer, thicker), I don't need the app very often.
