In my latest video, https://youtu.be/raxupidG3nM I mention that bellows would be good for the single doser attachment that Baratza supply for the new Encore ESP. During B Roll filming, I grabbed the bellows I have for the Eureka Mignon Specialita - and they fit perfectly onto the Baratza single doser unit. It's just the silicone bellows you need, you don't need the plastic hopper part and the bottom of the bellows need an external diameter of approx 70mm.
