New feature alert! 🎉 We’re rolling out the ability to add a clickable link to your posts. Whether you’re sharing resources, job listings, or driving sales or sign-ups, you can now convert audiences more easily by adding a clickable link. Testing it myself, enjoy this photo of some of my wonderful Community Management colleagues, and click through to follow the LinkedIn for Creators page for more resources and programming from us! If you don’t see the feature yet, stay tuned as we’ll be rolling it out in phases. We’re also starting with creation on mobile, so it’s not available on web yet. Let me know what you think in the comments - we love feedback!
That’s cool news Geri. Is this a global roll out? So also here in the Netherlands, Europe. And elsewhere of course 😏 Another question; why would you stimulate users to leave the platform to visit other sites? From our point of view it’s great but for LinkedIn… #LinkedInbyGuy #theHumanSideOfLinkedIn
Great feature update, Geri Silver. Hopefully, this is a global rollout update. Do you know if we're allowed to use a UTM tracking link?
This is dope!!! Excited to use this! Can I add it to videos too Geri?
Geri Silver this is a great feature. Thanks. How does one access it for use? Can you share a little "how to"? Also, my experience was that when I clicked on the button "Follow LinkedIn for Creators", it didn't take me anywhere, but exposed the actual link which I then clicked on to take me to the Creators page. Is the feature intended to work via two clicks? Thanks.
Very cool Geri Silver. I see the link on the picture but it’s not clickable. Is that normal and perhaps because it hasn’t rolled out to me. #KeepRockingLinkedIn! Kevin
look at that crew!!
This is amazing 🤩
I see the link and I can click, does that mean I have access? 😁 So to understand we need to click on edit and type URL to link out?
Great feature update Geri. 🤔 This will start a new debate whether or not posts with 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙨 get more or less engagement. Will this also work with the new image carousel feature? (Still waiting on that 😀)

1yThis looks way cool Geri Silver how does it work to add that link? Is it during the original post upload? Can you customize the text? Can it be edited later?
