Tom Brady surprises 10-year-old cancer survivor with Super Bowl tickets

Tom Brady took some time ahead of Sunday’s Buccaneers-Eagles playoff game to surprise Noah Reeb with Super Bowl tickets.

Reeb, a 10-year old Brady fan who survived brain cancer, connected with the Tampa Bay quarterback earlier in the year when his parents got in touch with him. Brady recorded a message for Reeb, and later in the year, gave him a hug at the end of a Bucs game as he held a sign saying, “TOM BRADY HELPED ME BEAT BRAIN CANCER.”

Now, Brady is helping to send Reeb to Los Angeles for Super Bowl 56.

“I know it’s been a while. I hope you’re enjoying the season so far. We’re grinding, getting ready to start the playoffs,” Brady said in the video. “But earlier in the year, you held up that sign that I helped you beat brain cancer.

“Well listen, your fight, you’ve inspired so many people, including myself and millions of others also. The NFL and the Bucs look forward to sending deserving fans to the Super Bowl each year and fans that have incredible stories like the one you’ve had. I worked with both the Bucs and the NFL to get you and your family Super Bowl tickets this year in LA! We certainly hope to be there, but I know you’re gonna be there.”

Reeb’s parents had promised him that when he beat cancer and could travel, they would take him from Utah to see Brady live. He did in October, and now will hope to do so a second time in LA.
