If you've just bought the Sage or Breville Barista Pro, Barista Express or Barista Touch, and you're looking for a guide to dialling in, a workflow guide specifically for these machines, here you go :-). I have filmed a dialing in video with the Barista pro in the past, but I thought I could improve on it, so hopefully, this is a better guide and should also be helpful as a first use guide for anyone using these machines, at least for the espresso side of things.
