1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Coat potatoes with extra-virgin oil and season with Lakeshore Shallot & Herb Seasoning.

That would be a good sauce for roasted potatoes.
How about a pan sauce?. Most recipes call for shallots. Any advice appreciated.
