I save the last 5-15% of most used spices (in the refill bag, not jar) and leave behind at Rental Cabins with kitchen, after using for picnic and any cooking. Salt Free Singapore blend for HB eggs, and of course, Smoked Paprika.
When I travel I also pack spices for when I will be cooking. I pack: Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Aleppo Pepper, Cinnamon, Chili Powder, Montreal Steak Seasoning. Combos of some these are great on a variety of cooking. For example if roasting little potatoes I’d coat them with a little oil & a combo of chili, Aleppo Pepper, garlic & a little Italian seasoning. Gives them a kick and they are delicious.
