This is a guide on steaming milk for #latteart with the #gaggiaclassic #espresso machine. The Gaggia classic 2019/Pro, has the same (or very similar) same tiny boiler and big heating element as the pre-2009 original Gaggia Classic but has a 2 hole steam tip. As a result, you have a more aggressive steam delivery, so I've found there's a real knack to creating great microfoam with the new classic. Once you get the knack though, you can get great micro foam for latte art, and really fast - as fast (even faster in some cases) as with some of the much more expensive dual boiler and heat exchanger machines.
