This is a review and a run through of the new #Gaggia classic pro, AKA Gaggia Classic 2019. I uploaded a video a few months back which was an attempt at a review of the new classic, but it was a bit useless as I didn't have the new classic with me at that time, and I was using my 2003 classic for reference. Anyway, I've finally got my hands on one, so here is my PROPER Gaggia Classic review, including a run through, pulling some shots and steaming some milk. Make sure you watch the part where the steam power surprises me, causing a milk explosion. It's OK, I edited out the swearing. By the way, you'll hopefully notice the quality is better than previous videos, I've invested in a fairly decent camera, and some lighting in the studio, previous vids were done with my phone and natural light.
