For a perfectly seasoned crust for prime rib, rinse the meat and rub English Prime Rib Rib generously (1 or 2 teaspoons per pound) into every side of the roast. Use the meat drippings to make a tasty seasoned gravy.
We made a standing rib roast for our friends for New Year’s Eve and everyone thought it was delicious. The rub enhanced the flavor.

I have used English Prime Rib Rub for more than 10 years. On chicken, burgers, pork chops. My favorite is for lunch on fat free cottage cheese with fresh vegetables. It is my zero point lunch on Weight Watchers.
