About This Spice

I told my friend from outside of Milwaukee, that I bought Milwaukee seasoning, and she said "what is Milwaukee seasoning, salt and pepper? Lol", then I listed the ingredients which included both multiple times lol. I like it Used it for a couple of meals. I think it added more flavor to the veggies than the meats used, but overall both were nice.

Adds smoke to everything
I was annoyed when the shop discontinued is long time winner Smoked Mesquite. It gave my baba ghannoush real smoky authenticity. I had been using Milwaukee primarily on Friday night steaks for its peppery smoke so tried it on baba. I worked! I gave a bottle to each of my two adult kids for Xmas two years ago. They ask for it every year. Easu shopping.
