The local village nursery has established an excellent reputation and is exceptionally good value. To underline the village's commitment to family life Vaujany recently invested in a brand new crèche with facilities that are second to none. The new crèche has:
- Well-equipped playrooms,
- Lots of toys and games, to keep even the busiest of little ones entertained
- Sledging slope out front
- Playground on the terrace
- Ball-park
- TV room
- Dormitory for taking a nap when required
The staff speak reasonable English and the day-nursery is conveniently situated close to the main lift-station in Vaujany accessible via funicular.
Availability
To to children aged 6 months to 5 years old inclusive
- Monday through Saturday
- Children from 6 months to 3 years old
- Children from 3 years old to 11 years old **
- Options for half day or full day participation (09:00 to 17:00)

Tariffs vary according to the days and hours you wish to enrol your child, but for the max of 6 days (9 a.m until 5 p.m) including activities and all a hearty lunch the total cost of only €140 is quite phenomenal. All part of what makes Vaujany so special for a family holiday in the French Alps

If you would like your child to attend the creche then be aware that French health and safety regulations stipulate certain vaccination requirements. You must bring your child's health records with details of immunisation dates. You are advised to book in advance and you you must present the health records and their passport.
